We are repeat customers!!! We had Magic Marc do an amazing cocktail hour of close up magic and then a full show for my friend’s 40th bday, then we asked him to do my son’s 12th birthday tonight! Both groups were filled with skeptics who couldn’t wait to “debunk the magic,” but everyone left amazed and awed and vowing to google “how he did that” as they were leaving! Marc even 3D printed a souvenir for my son and taught him a little magic, too! We lived in the city when I first hired Marc and then asked him to come out to the suburbs once we moved. I had the pleasure of having Magic Marc do his magic at my company’s client appreciation event recently. Marc was FABULOUS! From the first time I spoke to Marc to see if he was available for our date and to accommodate our audience which consisted of all ages I felt comfortable with what to expect for my event.
The day of the event, he arrived early, with his hat of tricks and friendly smile he was ready to get the party started. I knew right away this was a perfect match for our event! The younger crowd were astonished by his tricks and when he saw an opportunity to entertain a group he jumped right it. As for the older crowd, boy did Marc make an impression with his mentalist skills! It was fun to watch their faces. Having Marc at my son’s 30th surprise birthday party made the event. Our guests could not stop raving about his show. He performed a stage show for all and walked around the party performing up close magic before the surprise that left you shocked, he was truly awesome.

The aged range was 20-60 and everyone loved his show. Marc was personable And funny and arrived at 5:30 for a 7:00 party. If you want to have a successful party, I highly recommend you contact Marc. I know I will be seeing Marc again because many of my guests ask for his number. My son, his friends and our family will never forget that party. Thank you Marc !

We first hired Marc to perform magic at the book launch party for my mystery MIND SCRAMBLER, which features, of course, a magician. He was so amazingly entertaining, we hired him again when my YA book THE HANGING HILL launched. That party was a charity event with about 60 squirming, squealing kids. Once again, Marc was Magnificent! He kept those kids enthralled for his entire act.

The guy is a true pro!

He shows up on time, works up an act suitable for the audience, is funny, and, frankly, I still can’t figure out how he did any of the amazing feats he performed. A real delight. I cannot recommend Magic By Marc highly enough. He should get six stars.

Hired Marc to work at an event I was planning, mostly to entertain kids with walk-around magic, not a show.

Marc is incredibly professional. He answered my emails promptly and completely, so we arranged to meet and see if this was the right guy for us. He’s hyper-friendly and a total showman. He entraced us with our own private act, right in the middle of an UES coffee shop.

Anyway, if you’re expecting to read a “too-good-to-be-true” review, you’re out of luck. He showed up and did exactly the kind of work we had discussed. Not only were the kids enthralled, but adults thought he was great, too. To top it off, he stayed even longer than he had to and then refused any extra payment.

And we STILL can’t figure out how he did any of the magic! I feel like such a dork for writing this rave, but he deserves it. I’d hire him again in a heartbeat.

Magic Marc AMAZING!

He was the final act for my daughter’s bat mitzvah and he was professional, fun-loving, punctual [even in a snow storm] and gave the gusto, energy and breath taking performance that truly made the entire day the best one of my daughter’s life!

The kids spoke at home for hours about his performance — with how much is at our the fingertips for our kids to have a performance that shuts off cell phones, ipods, beepers and has the group united says it all! It’s the only thing she wants for her next party! BELIEVE ME YOU WON’T BE SORRY FOR ONE SECOND! The only thing I would say is his magic is sophisticated and I wouldn’t recommend it for kids much younger than 13.
